- To promote Mandarin education in Taiwan, enhance international students' motivation to study Mandarin here, and showcase our high-quality, diverse learning environment and cultural features, we are organizing this short video contest.
- We invite international students currently enrolled in colleges and universities across Taiwan (including students from Hong Kong and Macao, overseas Chinese students, international degree students, and long/short-term Mandarin language students) to share their experiences of learning Mandarin and participating in outdoor cultural excursions in Taiwan through short videos of 30 to 120 seconds.

- The contest operates on a single-phase submission process. The schedule is as follows:
(1) Submission Period: From Monday, August 31, 2026, to Sunday, January 3, 2027. The shortlist of nominees is scheduled to be announced on Saturday, January 23, 2027.
(2) Finals & Award Ceremony: The finals, premiere, and award ceremony are tentatively scheduled for Saturday, February 13, 2027. - Interested participants must complete the registration form on the official website and upload their short video file along with the signed authorization agreement to finalize their registration.
- Selected videos will be featured on the official event website, the Taiwan Mandarin Educational Resources Center, and affiliated social media platforms. The creators of the selected works will receive relevant prizes (please refer to the event guidelines for details).
